1..... 2...... 3..... 4...... That's the amount of days King Hassan has stayed here. He just stood in the middle of the room, menacingly with a grim gaze. He failed his mission, he was the first Assassin and used to be a Grand yet he failed to defeat a common enemy. He placed his kindness in the wrong place and in return, he got the consequences at him by his own Contractor. He didn't hate them nor blamed them for it, he blamed himself for his pathetic performance He is currently sleeping but despite this, he is still hidden from bland sight. He is currently waiting, waiting for someone to guide his blade one more. Someone who will accept him and trust him to guide their path. Be warned O' Contractor as the First Assassin will judge your performance

And by consequence. The sounds of latin prayer can be heard from outside the winter cabin. The voice of a man, a descendant of the first man created by God/Allah. A helberd on the ground, on his two knees praying to the Lord. For guidance, for wisdom. And finally, for strength and the soul of a loved one named Silverbane. Indeed, who was the man that was praying? From his current position inside the cabin. It was difficult to tell who it was.

King Hassan opened his grim eyes. Awaited him was an unchanged reality of his failure. He was disappointed yet he wouldn't let that back him down. He failed his mission but if he lived only with regrets, he wouldn't redeem himself King Hassan looked at the doors when he heard the prayers. Another acolyte? The thought popped up in his head. He stabbed his sword down the ground before vanquishing into darkness, at this range Chris may hear the clanking noise from inside. Little did he know, after this door awaited him with the Grim Reaper himself. He is the first Hassan, the first Assassin and the one who will judge him with his mighty blade!

Almost immediately, Chris would raise his eyebrow as he heard the clanking of a blade plunging into the ground. Instinctively, the faithful priest would merely took up arms and get up from his kneeling position. Afterwards, he would begin to walk to the winter cabin. "There should be nothing there.." Perhaps a rogue virus has made it's way? If so, he shall eliminate it. Although part of him screams to turn away or risk facing something beyond his nightmares. Although, his faith pushed him forward. Not long after he reached the door. Twisted the knob slowly and opened the door. Light from the outside began to penetrate the inside. Thinking nothing may be there. He merely walked in.

King Hassan stood there as Chris opened the door. Chris wouldn't know about his existence but under his (Hassan) gaze, even a blind man would sense dangers. He didn't try to scare Chris nor did he expect Chris to be afraid of him because his status as an Assassin. With a gloom voice, he said "Who hath disturb me from my own slumber" King Hassan said with a very neutral yet strict voice. This was his test to gauge Chris' manners, to show or to not show him was the second step of this test.

"O-oh. Forgive me stranger. I simply heard something here and wanted to see if someone was here. I will see myself out quickly. Pretend I was not here." He spoke politely in a somewhat scared tone. He was well mannered that was for sure. And the priest turned around and was about to leave.

He observed Chris' action before continuing. King Hassan was pleased because of Chris' manner, if it was any rude Contractor. Sadly, that day the bell would toll their names "Halt, what did thou seek while coming here priest. Has thou lost someone you shouldn't lose? Has thy soul went deep in the black mud?" King Hassan said while gripping the blade hilt

His entire experience in Chaldea has been one tragedy upon another upon another..

King Hassan carefully listened to Chris' words. His mind was troubled but what's about his soul and mind. King Hassan decided to continue with his questions, he held no right to peak into someone secret but compassionate was always in him "I am naught but a wrath of the Lord, despite this I can still listen to thy words. If thou want, thou can share the burden with me" King Hassan said, from his location it would still be hard to notice him After saying, he created some blue flame around the room. The flame was neither hot nor cold, it was so neutral that it could be an illusion yet it wasn't

The location of the voice was indiscernable. Nevertheless. The blue flame surprised him for the briefest of moments. To which he would reply to the stranger. "It, is something I would rather not burden with you with stranger. It is something I must carry alone. Nevertheless, do you mind if you show yourself instead? I believe it is simple courtesy."

Suddenly, the flame went out. From the ground, Chris would hear the sound of sword being plucked. Then from the darkness of the cabin, 2 eyes flared up with a grimly gaze. It was him, it was the Assassin the first to be precise. Then a trail of blue flame aligned themselves to make a road, the road of death and life. At the end of this road, he would face him "With courage, will thou step up for the test? With compassionate, I will guide you with my blade. With faith, it will guide you through hardships. Now tell me O' Contractor, would you step up with hopes for salvation or back down with the burden of sadness!!!" King Hassan said before plunging his blade down the floor again, his spirit was ablazed, his blade was engulfed in his faith. He didn't expect to find someone but his Lord guided him to face him! Yes, yes his meeting with Chris had to be set in an unchangeable timeline. He could have faced someone else but he faced him! The one who got a burden like him, this wasn't coincident. It was destined to happen

The priest would raise his eyebrow as he used his blindsight to glance around. Then, finally, the flames went out and two crimson eyes stared directly at him. Then the blue flame illuminated a path before him. It was as if a road straight to hell. His eyes instead however shifted to the exit. And almost as if the will of God meant nothing. The priest walked to the open door, and placed his hand to the door. "......" Then, he would close the door and lock it. Afterwards, he would turn his attention to the road once more. Even if he cannot see as clearly. Faith is one thing. It is to see without seeing. Carrying the heavy weapon in his hand. The man began to make his way towards his destiny. While unncertainty was present, faith overshadows such fear.

He stood there, menacingly yet with enough focus you could realize that he wasn't intimidating. It was different, he was the avatar of death yet his aura radiated life. His blade held blood yet it held no dread, his strike granted death yet it granted no pain, his body was tainted yet his soul was pure King Hassan observed Chris' movement, he was slightly disappointed when he saw Chris went for the door. But suddenly, Chris closed the door right in front of him, he was rejecting a promised life to meet the hope of salvation. King Hassan wasn't wrong, they were destined to meet by the Lord! "Contractor! It was my fate to face someone with a brigth spirit like thou!" King Hassan said while turning his sword upward. From behind and from his sword, Sapphire flame wildly bursted out of it but it was sk natural that one might mistake it for a cloak. It was time, time for him to face the trial, King Hassan was the judge and he wouldn't hold back

And there, the avatar of death was present. Yet unlike most depiction of the grim reaper holding a scythe to reap the souls of the damned. It was a man that possessed nothing but a common dull blade. He could not even describe whether he is alive or dead. His existence was an utter mystery. He almost seems to possess no flesh, muscle or bone. "I came to redeem myself in the eyes of the Lord. And to continue with this journey forward. One must first walk forward. While I have lost someone along the way, it is no reason to stop." Chris would grip the scripture he has received this christmas. The time of the trials has come, and he was not alone. He believed.. no, he knows the Lord stands by him.

King Hassan was readied, not for Chris' trial but for his trial. To fight him was to fight himself. This trial was a test for Chris but it was also a test for him. This was not a fight but a redemption from two lost souls. King Hassan tightened his grip before moving closer to Chris, his steps made no sound yet his blade alerted even Gods "Contractor, it was thine destiny to meet each other. This was not only thy trial but also I, let no burden hold thou in our strikes!!!" King Hassan said before he dashed up to Chris with explosive speed *He gripped his blade tightly, his soul and body was fused for this one moment. It was time!*

~~After I read the whole thing~~

Fujibayashi would enjoy a walk outside, the clear and cold piercing feeling of taking breaths in with the freezing air would feel just right, a calming sting of pain that marks the season of frost. The ninja, the assassin just not a long time ago summon would have a relaxing stroll outside, stroll perturbed by the sounds of a discussion in a nearby cabin “Huh, seems people have their amusement around here. I wonder what’s the tradition of this fine lands, … guess this is an occasion to learn” she talks to herself making her way towards the cabin, using her concealment in order to hide herself, not wanting people to know she’s there. One will learn how to use servant abilities, but knowledge if the past will suffice, finding a way in though a loose board, seeing the darkness and the ritual taking place, the ninja freezes in place, straightening her back like a cat, and with an awkward expression and brows pointing up she asks herself ‘I think I just found the fight club’ before becoming one with the shadows, turning her cloak inside out towards a black colour

Chris was a decent opponent...... No it was far greater than "decent". King Hassan didn't flinch from his strikes but his fighting spirit was a proof for his excellent performance. He kept pressing on and on despite wounds after wounds on his body, King Hassan was deeply impressed "The bell has passed the tolling. Your fate hasn't been sealed to meet with such cold blade. I, First Hassan and the First Old Man of the Mountain admired you Contractor" King Hassan said before delivering the last strike down on Chris, it wasn't lethal. No in fact, it was no mere wound on the body, it was a strike to "engrave" him into his soul As the strike was delivered, King Hassan looked down on Chris. The look wasn't disappointment nor bored but it was a look of admiring. He stood there, waiting for him. He waited for his words, his voice, his soul, his stillness........

And so, his trial passed quickly as immediate as it came. Injuries sustained him with blow after blow. While a few lucky strikes struck the avatar of death. It was almost as he if he never was even injured. Any marks from his opponent's body disappear. And there, the executor laid kneeling on the ground. Using the helberd as support. Gritting his teeth as the sword merely not rendered flesh, but also rendered soul. "Huh...?" The young man was under the impression he has failed. Although, the wise Old Man of the Mountain said otherwise. While his skull masked showed no emotions, except for a red glow. His words conveyed it's meaning. Grasping all the strength he could despite the pain. He would rise up once more to meet the mysterious gaze of the First and Last Hassan. "Then, by his will. I shall contract with the Old Man of the Mountain. Let his will be done. And by his light and blessing. May our contract save this world from the flame."

Yes it was a valley here, a valley of life and death, between the Executioner and the Grim Reaper. It was amusing in a sense, King Hassan was filled with doubts when he first came here and now he was filled with harmony of the soul "O' Contractor, under the Will of the Lord and the mandate of Heaven. I, Hassan-i-Sabbah, the first Old Man of the Mountain will accept your prayers! Let our faith save this world from the eternal grim of destruction!!!" King Hassan said then he raised his blade upward before delivering the slash of salvation. The slash wasn't meant to deal any damage to Chris but instead, it would close the wounds on him "Let thy soul be purged from pain and suffering"

seeing as the two had great respect for one another, ~~and as no murdering will go on~~ Fujibayashi decides it’s just time she should take her leave, and distance from this two, the ritual was complete and the pair of man settled on a common goal, ‘May your honour be intact, you seem like a person who’s not yet meant to die’ the ninjutsu master says raising up on her feet as she looks down at the two, walking towards the loosened board she made in order to take her escape. As she moves out of the cabin letting go of the board when it hits the deck of the building, making a loud THUCK! old woody sound, seems like someone was indeed there, just like how the great Hassan sensed, yet maybe frightening as they were nowhere to be found by him
